I'm Aleks, a designer and developer who lives in the space between. Born in Albania and raised in Michigan, I grew up navigating two languages and two cultures, and that instinct for translation never left me. Today I bring it to design systems work, bridging the gap between designers and engineers and turning fragmented patterns into shared foundations that entire organizations can build on. I care about consistency, scalability, and the kind of craftsmanship that makes every team faster without them ever having to think about why.
